Refund policy
We handle payment problems fairly and this policy never limits rights you have under consumer law.
How to request help
Email lestat.rogue-rpg@outlook.com from the address on your account. Include your character name, purchase date, item and Stripe receipt or transaction reference. Do not send card details. We aim to acknowledge billing requests within five working days.
Memberships
You can cancel a recurring membership at any time by emailing us before its next renewal. Access continues through the paid period. If a renewal was taken after a timely cancellation request, contact us for a refund. Where a legal cooling-off period applies, tell us within that period; any lawful deduction for service already supplied will be explained before it is made.
Ectoplasm and digital entitlements
Contact us if Ectoplasm or an entitlement was not delivered, was duplicated, is defective, or was purchased without permission. We will repair the grant, replace it or refund it as appropriate. Once virtual currency has been spent or a digital benefit has been substantially used, a change-of-mind refund may not be available, but statutory remedies still apply.
Timing and payment method
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks and card networks control how quickly the credit appears. We may ask for reasonable account verification and may refuse fraudulent or abusive requests. This does not affect the right to challenge an unauthorised transaction with your payment provider.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first where practical; many delivery and duplicate-payment issues can be corrected quickly. A chargeback does not remove your legal rights, but we may temporarily restrict the affected paid entitlement while the payment provider investigates to prevent duplicate value being used.
